I just wanted to give a huge thank you to Kim for all of her help with designing the perfect custom engagement ring for my fiancée! She was knowledgeable and explained every step of the process with great detail. The final product was completed earlier than expected and turned out even more beautiful than I could’ve imagined. I went to Kevin's because they are a reputable neighborhood jewelry store that's been around for years. Staff and owner are super helpful and attentive. I had matching cross rings with bezel set diamonds made for each of my female family members for Easter. Seven rings in total came out exactly as I intended, each one beautifully made in a week. Please visit Kevin if you are looking for a great jewelry store with their level of service

My salesperson was Kim. Kim was excellent, she never disappoints. Kim always provides good suggestions and takes the time to learn the tastes and likes of the buyer and the recipient so the result is a purchase of good value, high quality and will be enjoyed by the recipient.

Kevin's has jewelry in a variety of price ranges. I have worked with Kim who is amazing, spending time to help me select exactly what I needed. The jeweler is also expert. He has made and modified several pieces for me, including turning a wedding ring into a pair of earrings. Kevin, himself, bought coins from me. He was forthright and wonderful to work with. If you are looking to buy a memorable gift, Kevin's is the place to go.

I found Kevin's Fine Jewelry while doing a Google search for a specific item. Read several of the reviews, all sounded great, so I decided to call. Spoke with Andrew who was extremely helpful and accommodating. He even tolerated some of my jokes! I couldn't be happier with the service and with the bracelet! Thank you! I'll be back!

5+\r\nThis is not my first time shopping at Kevin’s. I have been shopping there for years and have received the same friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating service each time regardless of who helps me.\r\n\r\nThis time the occasion was my 20th wedding anniversary and I needed a special gift for my wife. I stopped by the shop at least three times over a two week span (in sloppy work clothes). Kim DeMarco assisted me this time and she was so patient. I was able to relate my thoughts and ideas to her and she walked me through the store showing me selections that matched my ideas. Kim’s knowledge of what was available in the store and being able to deepen my knowledge and appreciation for the quality of the pieces Kevin’s offers, was especially helpful. I would also like to mention as we isolated pieces I liked, she skillfully picked up on my budget, which I only hinted at, and suggested items that were within reach or worth an extension.\r\nBut this was not the end of my experience. When I brought my wife in to pick out her gift, we were greeted and offered coffee and water by one of the staff which was a nice touch. Kim was there and assisted in guiding my wife along, displaying and providing details of each piece, and answering all her questions and concerns. My wife was very impressed with the whole experience and Kim’s overall knowledge and friendliness.\r\n\r\nKim made this special event even more special and it further reinforced why Kevin’s is the only place I buy wife insurance.\r\n\r\nThanks!\r\nMKL
